On May 9, Diego Ignacio Montenegro presented his new book in Madrid.
We are pleased to announce the launch of the new book by Diego Ignacio Montenegro, CEO of Universidad Hemisferios, and professor of strategy and innovation at IDE Business School in Ecuador.
Recognized for his expertise in the design of innovative methodologies, and his outstanding academic career, Diego presents his most recent work entitled: "No-Thinking, No-Phone, No-Drugs: being a radical company in the age of instant obsolescence".
In his book, our CEO,challenges established conventions by exploring the paradoxes we face both in our organizations and in ourselves. "Without resolutely following a lead, the process of discovery could reach no destination," he says. He also invites us to question the established and explore new possibilities.
The book addresses complex events with the intention of discovery. It is a compendium of questions linked to externalizing the following: curiosity with depth; genius with durability; the internal and external connection of the organization; the understanding of events that, however strange they may seem, may contain an interesting meaning, if the mind is willing to go a little outside its original programming, the usual and preconceived.
