Our Human Talent Unit UHE conducted the Induction Day 2024-2, aimed at faculty and administrative staff. This event aimed to inform and sensitize attendees on the general guidelines, principles and organizational aspects of the UHemisferios. In addition, it highlighted the importance of each member in fostering a collaborative and success-oriented institutional culture, thus aligning with the University's strategic objectives.
This day began with a welcome by our Academic Vice Rector, Daniel López, who addressed essential topics such as institutional identity and our Christian inspiration. Throughout the day, leaders from various academic and administrative units of UHE gave talks focused on teacher training, academic offerings and organizational culture. One of the highlights was the importance of professional ethics, ensuring that our new collaborators integrate effectively and contribute to the ongoing development of the University.
The event covered a wide range of topics, from the fundamentals of institutional identity to practical aspects such as occupational safety. The new employees learned in detail about our teacher training programs, evaluation systems and our academic offerings. This comprehensive induction allowed them to acquire an integral vision of the institution and feel prepared to assume their responsibilities.
Beyond the technical aspects, the meeting emphasized the importance of the university community. The new collaborators learned about the principles that guide UHE and were invited to actively participate in building a collaborative and enriching work environment. They were also introduced to the wide range of professional development opportunities we offer.
