Our Human Resources unit carried out a very successful financial education workshop for the Physical Plant and Physical Security personnel, as part of the Person, Family and Environment Program.
The main objective of the workshop, given by the renowned entity FIDEVAL, was to provide employees with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively manage their personal finances.
In this way, participants were able to acquire skills to foster a savings culture, make informed financial decisions and achieve their short- and long-term financial goals.
The initiative, which is part of UHE's commitment to the integral wellbeing of its collaborators, was received with great enthusiasm by the staff in attendance.
