Hemisferios University held the Graduation of the First Class of the Sports Leadership and Empowerment Program - PLED 2023 on November 16. The event was attended by the Minister, Sebastián Palacios, renowned athletes, leaders, representatives of private companies and UHE authorities who have been key to the success of this innovative project.
PLED 2023, designed for high-performance athletes and their leaders, has achieved its goal of providing comprehensive training in crucial areas such as communication, leadership, financial management, ethics, entrepreneurship and empowerment. More than 145 athletes, coaches and leaders actively participated in more than 60 academic hours between August and October 2023, strengthening their skills and knowledge fundamental to their personal and professional development.
The Minister of Sports, Sebastián Palacios, highlighted the importance of collaboration and working together to achieve goals that benefit society. Hemisferios University is proud to have contributed significantly to the development of each participant in the program.
