- The case must be located within the Metropolitan District of Quito.
- The matters on which the beneficiary's matter is focused must be oriented to: Civil, Labor, Family, Women, Children and Adolescents; Domestic Violence and Human Mobility.
- The beneficiary must be a person of limited economic resources. His/her salary must not exceed two basic salaries.
Innocence Project Ecuador
A non-profit public education and advocacy program, its purpose is to identify wrongful convictions through the work of students and legal professionals, whose humanitarian commitment is reflected through the analysis and review of cases of people who are considered innocent, offering their pro bono sponsorship.
