The Human Resources Department of Hemisferios University held a new Financial Education workshop last Saturday, March 22, directed on this occasion to the second group of security and physical plant personnel. This initiative is part of the "Person, Family and Environment" program, which seeks to promote the integral wellbeing of the university community.

The workshop, which took place in a participatory and dynamic environment, had as its main objective to provide essential financial education tools so that participants can improve the management of their resources, strengthen their financial security and promote healthy saving and economic management habits.
During the session, key topics for personal financial health were addressed, such as budget control, identifying and reducing unnecessary expenses, the responsible use of credit cards, and the importance of having an emergency fund. Participants had the opportunity to learn practical strategies for developing a realistic budget, identifying their ant-spending and setting achievable savings goals. Through these types of initiatives, we seek to empower our employees to achieve their financial goals and build a more secure and stable future.
This event reflects UHE's commitment to the integral wellbeing of its team, recognizing that financial health is a fundamental aspect of personal and professional development. By providing practical tools and knowledge, the university seeks to contribute to building a stronger and more resilient community.
UHE reaffirms its commitment to continue promoting personal and economic development programs for its community, with the objective of promoting integral wellbeing and building a more prosperous future for all.
